I need some help please anyone who knows .  I am peri -menopause and have been put on Estrdoil gel once a day every day and 200mg Utrogestan from day 15 to 26 of my cycle ( which is erratic anyway )  I have been taking Utrogestan for 7 days and got a period , should i keep taking them for the 12 days it says ? and im confused if you take them for 12 days how long you leave it to start them again ? cant get a doctors call back unless it's urgent !!! Any help very welcome feeling anxious

Yep just carry on with a 28 day cycle regardless of what happens to your bleeds. If they are consistently out of sync then as Stellajane says you can try to reset by counting Day 1 as the first day of your bleed and start again - but in peri-menopause when cycles are variable it may well not stay in sync for long!
