Pageup, you have already made the appointment with Professor Studd so if I were you, I would stick with it. As I said earlier, it's always good to have a review every now and then so why not take this opportunity to talk through your HRT regime and discuss any issues (like the hair loss) with a leading menopause specialist?
Re cyclical progesterone, Professor Studd usually suggests women start taking progestgerone on the 1st day of each month for 7 days. Like many MM members, I am using Oestrogel/testosterone everyday and 100mg Utrogestan (used vaginally for better clearance and fewer side effects) for 7 days each month except I stretch the cycle and take less Utrogestan than most women.
However, if you are happy to stick with your current HRT regime then that is something you can talk through with him. He might suggest you simply add testosterone.
