For the last 6+ months I have noticed that messages left on our BT system haven't appeared for 2/3 days

so I missed Mum's urgent call on Sat..

it was sorted eventually but her message didn't show as 'new' until 11.00 a.m. today.
I think that we now pay for BT answer facility. Anyone know how I can complain?
