Anyone feel like a jittery heart with utrogestan
« on: August 12, 2016, 06:31:39 PM »

Hi ladies
I've only been on here a couple of times. I use 2 pumps of gel for my estrogen and days 14 to 28 I take 100mg of utrogestan orally. I've noticed a couple of days after taking utrogestan I feel all jittery in the chest. It's like my body is geared up. Any advice would be welcome x

I hated it, it gave me a word up feeling at night and when I slep I had awful vivid dreams.

Thankyou ladies. I either put up with it for 12 days or try the vaginal ones. I'm thinking on the lines of trying the vaginal ones. This HRT is hard to balance ::)
