If you live north of the border you are low all year round!! esp this year!!

re vit D last summer I was 42 and at the start of this year I was 37, so not mega low, just a bit down on the recommended >50.  I guess levels taken in winter will always show a lower level.  6 monthly blood checks next week so will see if it has gone up at all.

JJ, re calcium I don't know I guess the supplement pushed the levels too high.  I don't take calcium now apart from what I get naturally in my diet and my DEXA scan results were ok. .
