I've just 'checked myself out - down there'.  I've a thick white discharge, I've got thrush.  Last week I had a throat virus, was downing honey and lemon, loads of honey - sugar !  Damn sugar!   :( Have a Canesten pessary upstairs thank God.

I must say, all of you I have had contact with on here are brilliant. :tulips2: :foryou:

Is a white discharge always thrush ……… I found Canestan burned  ::). For me it was intense itching high up -  LIVE yoghurt [Greek] applied and eaten can balance the gut bacteria, do keep both pots separate though  ;).

It's my go-too!  If nothing else it's cooling and soothing ……. eat as much as you can face, particularly about 20 mins. B4 eating as it lines the gut; and apply below as often as possible ………    eating it helps line the whole digestive system and helps to replace bacteria, same below - for me it eases symptoms.

Let us know how you get on if you buy the yoghurt ;-).
