Nearly finished 3 months evorel sequi

I have 1 week left of the combi patch to finish my full 3 months of evorel sequi.
I started bleeding this month on Day 12 of the oestrogen and am still bleeding and passing large clots.
In addition my mood has taken a nose dive and today feel weepy and down after feeling very irritable last week.

Don't know what to do, I seem to have had more bad days than good this month. Feel anxious too.

Does anyone have any advice please?
