Oral Thrush

Hi, I'm not new to the forum but wondered if anyone has had a problem with Oral thrush.i am on HRT patches and have been for two years and quite happy on them,
I'm currently under my Doc and haven't been able to clear it up, still on medication and had blood tests too, it's 2 years now and feeling very frustrated, I've even kept Dentle check ups and hygiene on top form !!! at a loss really anyone any ideas . :(

Have you been checked for diabetes?  Have you changed your toothpaste, some people react to the fillers which have a long name and which I can't remember  ::).

When I have vaginal thrush I eat copious amounts of LIVE Greek yoghurt to ease the whole of the gut from top to bottom.  Thrush thrives on sugars ………. so maybe check what you are eating?
