Mood swings/feeling overwhelmed
« on: July 24, 2016, 06:31:39 PM »

Hi all!

I posted yesterday re benefits of taking menopace for my hot flushes but my mood swings etc are awful! Have felt so down this week- even told hubby yesterday that I thought him and my lovely boys would be better off without me 😢! I know it's a bit extreme but I'm fed up feeling so low all the time! I work full time in a building society which can be quite stressful which just adds to the tears! Have been on anti - depressants before but they just make me feel spaced out and sleepy( I can't be like that in my job). I can go several weeks with feeling ok then bam I'm feeling awful again! Does anyone else have such extreme mood swings? My periods stopped 2 years ago and I'm 52- try to eat healthy and watch my weight etc!!! 😳

I last tried them about 2 years ago! But they made me feel worse and I can't risk trying out something as taking time off isn't an option! 😳

I can relate to that. Taking hrt has definitely helped.
