OMG Caroline Aherne has died.

What a shock. Caroline Aherne (Mrs Merton) has died aged 52.

RIP Clever talented and beautiful lady.

Very sad!! The lady was definitely a fighter with this disease god knows how she kept going!! One part of her body to another like that.  Life can be so cruel.

Yep - but the other one is in the events section CLKD, where you normally post deaths announcements  ::).

As Janice said " the lady is worth it". She was very clever.

I didn't even know there was such a section and I certainly wouldn't have thought to announce a death in "events".  :-\

IN my mind I associate events with happy times. Maybe that's just the way I am! 

We have an events section in our regional newspaper and that covers fetes, shows, days out, cinema etc but definitely not deaths, funerals etc.
