Estrogel Absorption
«

I apply 4 pumps (2 pumps on each inner thigh) every morning.
I rub it in slightly, then leave it at least 15 minutes before dressing, often longer. I check and my skin feels totally dry. Yet for the rest of the day my jeans seem to stick to my inner thighs.
Is this normal? Or does it mean the gel is not absorbing fully? But my skin feels totally dry to the touch.

The gel seems to absorb pretty quickly, and skin is totally dry to the touch after 10 mins. So I'm puzzled why my jeans seem to cling to my inner thighs for hours after?

I'm afraid 2 pumps on each thigh will remain a bit sticky - this is why it would be better to split the dose to 2 in the morning and 2 at night OR do one dose on each thigh and each shoulder.
I've only ever used a max of 2 pumps per day and still found that trousers would stick to my thighs - it always absorbed fine. DG x

I used to find it quite sticky too. I'm the same with moisturisers. Skin feels dry, but clothes seem to stick.
