I have dry mouth and eyes (doo dah too but is helped by vagifem/ovestin)

I bought special lozenges recommended by dentist.  Put one at side of teeth and within seconds it adheres to the site then carry on as normal.  It's a slow release saliva stimulator and takes away the discomfort of dry mouth.

Dry eye is through the night only and not found a gel yet that works (tried what eye clinic suggested) but it left me greasy-eyed all next day but still gritty on waking

I have the total opposite, I produce copious amounts of saliva when sleeping and always end up waking up with a soaking wet pillow and face, it kinda grosses me out and is not pleasant at all, am sure its somehow linked to meno as never had it when younger.... :-\

dry mouth dribbler here too sparky  ;)

I get bouts of catarrh and sudden coughing jags too.

However since I have been using coconut oil for constipation I find it has relieved my dry eyes quite a lot too.  I used to use eye drops every day but now I can go days without my eyes feeling dry.  Perhaps I could shove it up my whoopsie too  :whist:

I wish I knew what causes it, I do not have dentures and yes it does make one feel around 90....  :-\

As oestrogen levels drop so muscles may become lax including jaw line - so my Dentist told me when I complained about dribbling in the night, I have a wad of Kleenex under my mouth all night.  Couldn't possibly start another relationship could I  :D

I had a bowl of mixed dried fruits and nuts and nowt stuck at all ..... must have been the rice and dry curry mix  :-\ and there's no sore throat today .....
