Thank you all.

Walking the dog- ;D no worries. I was just a little confused.

Dazned- thank you for the hug. Don't feel I can do what you suggest,as I feel sometimes, the receptionists think I'm some sort of mad woman. I had an incident once when my daughter was sent home from school ill and they wouldn't see her. I was happy to wait then but they would not let me.First the practice manager came out to see me and then I was ushered into a room upstairs to this guy who I felt was just making me feel like I was a nuisance.

jgr-yes me too, to feel normal again :sigh:

Cherrycrumble- you're probably right. The trouble with me is I want to feel better now ( don't we all)

Well, managed to get an appointment this morning with the menopause doctor. Gave him my list of symptoms.
Tested my urine and there was blood in it so I have an infection. He is sending it away to be analysed and I'm on Amoxicillin.
My blood pressure was 145/85. Never been this high. He wasn't overly worried because the bottom reading wasn't that high.
I am to have blood tests  on Friday for thyroid, cholesterol, vitamin D and 3 other things I can't remember ::)
He said I was showing symptoms of mirena running out so he will change it and keep me on the sandrena- phew! He said he has seen lots of ladies who have come in and said they have not been feeling right when their mirena's have got low.
He wants to treat the infection and do the blood tests first and then sort out the mirena.
He was super! Spent a long time with him. Didn't feel rushed or that I was wasting his time.
I feel relieved that I have spoken to him and I told him that.
First time I've seen this doctor for myself.Been with my daughter and he was v.good with her.
I must admit I was worried on what he would say about the hrt but he was fine and all for it.

Just thought I'd let you all know. X :)

Does blood in the urine always mean an infection though ……..  :-\  Hopefully the Lab. tests will show nowt  ;)

Do you feel better having spoken with him?

Not really. Getting more cramping pains today and weeing loads.
Mood is still low and I just feel awful. To be honest I think the mirena has a lot to answer for. The sooner I get a new one the better.
