A big 'Thank you' Pepperminty, I went and bought some Hydromol Intense cream.  I put some on at lunch time and have just applied a little more and I can already see an improvement in the structure of the labia, its not as white or crinkled and puffy.  Really really pleased with the results.
I might still ask for a referral to the specialist menopause clinic so i can really understand what it is I am dealing with, Knowledge is Power!!!
I will give you an up date in a couple of days!!

That's great DB,

You can even wash with it like a soap. I notice I didn't check the spell check and the specialist didn't advise motorisation but moisturising Ha Ha ! Just avoid anything with alcohol in it down there. Good luck and keep it going even when you think it has cleared up as a preventative measure.

best wishes PM

hehehehehe thats so funny Pepperminty, when I read Motorisation I thought your doctor was saying keep it all moving down there, motoring along, perhaps with vibrations to keep it all healthy!!!  Ah, the things we have to do, eh!! :)
