Continuing from my rant as what else is there to do at 5 in the morning!
Find me a gynae who has meno problems who has tried all the stuff and then you might get some real truths!
I saw my last midwife from 18 years ago while I was at the hospital waiting for my gynae appt. She is now meno and feeling crap she didn't know anything and asked if she could sit in on mine jokingly to find out more.  She thought there wa's only patches but said she had been unable to get her ones in our area. Give me strength!! Lol
