Feeling really low on first pack on femoston 1mg just on last few days of pack.cried for an hour last night woke up feeling low.ladies do you think I need a higher dose of her or to give it another few months.I was on evorelsequi patches before and didn't seem to have this problem.thanks in advance for any replies.

Hi tiredmum,
I almost always have a day of crying at the end of the Femoston pack. I think this is because of my own hormones dropping, just before a bleed. Surely, a bleed starts within a day or two. I am on Femoston 2/10.
My advice is to give it a bit more time and not to increase the dose yet. If it is just the crying spells, and all your other symptoms are controlled, then I wouldn't worry.
