She did say it was just a two week course as she gave me 5mg instead of 2mg and said no more as they are addictive.

They can be addictive.  But what else does she suggest 'instead' of?  Go back for an informed chat, there are other 'types' available.

Hi CKLD, sorry, I've been posting on a thread I started about VitD when I got my results. I get muddled up with where and what I have posted sometimes....wasn't ignoring you or anything. As you will see from the VitD thread, very low levels etc. just gotta pluck up the courage to take the tablets now... :kick:

Well I am not feeling as depressed and not crying every day but still very shaky and anxious which gets better the later part of the day. This could be the VitD deficiency though from what I've been reading so not sure.  Don't want to be in the job though which isn't helping mood etc.

Hi Jj
Sorry to hear your still feeling low, maybe your doc can extend your phased return if you request it? Worth asking, either phone or pop in and ask receptionist?

Sending you mahoooooosive hugs xxxx💐

If the anxiety improves could it be that most of your commitments for the day are almost over?  That's how it happens for me.  Awful first thing then a different person by 8.30 p.m.  :-\

Possibly CKLD, unless it's just less cortisol as the day goes on. Gets me down though. Never been a morning person anyway without bloomin anxiety!
