Kate50, it does have a strange effect doesn't it? I only ever use it vaginally so any irritation down there always disappears. I always sleep well while I am taking it and crash out for about 9 solid hours.
How right you are with your idea of taking one tenth every day, if only. I think the 100mg dose is too high and that is part of the problem. I cut one in half once but soon realised that half a dose wouldn't work because it is too gungy.
Time for the manufacturers to come up with a lower dose.
