Hi I just started taking magnesium aspartate as I read it is good for anxiety. I had hysterectomy 3 1/2 years ago (kept ovaries) and last week I started on hrt. Estradod 37.5 I am suffering with anxiety and bad mood swings and am hoping either the magnesium or hrt will solve this, just wondering if anyone else has tried Magnesium and if so what were results
