Meeka - Utrogestan is a natural bio identical progesterone and is available on the NHS to be used in conjunction with oestrogen as either pill, gel or patch.

Sadly many women still get problems with this progesterone if they are very sensitive (progesterone intolerant) but it is thought to be the safest to use.
