I have joint aches and was recently found to be low in vitamin D so I tend to agree with Sparkle (there's a surprise  ;D)

I was having joint aches in my hands, feet and legs for about 2 months.  It was awful, it was driving me crazy.  I read online about taking krill oil pills.  I started them and they went away.  So it was either the krill oil or coincidence.  I know joint aches are awful, I feel for you.

Yes lily - joint aches are one of the classic menopausal symptoms. Obviously diet and exercise should all be improved around the time of menopause but I would definitely recommend HRT if you are suffering, and your periods are now few and far between.
