I was with my GD yesterday (she is 4) and wanted some upbeat music for us to have in the background or dance to if the mood took us.  I realised that all my playlists are of tranquil, soothing tunes downloaded when in the grip of meno anxiety or to calm me back to sleep during wakeful nights.

I need to fix this!

Any suggestions, ladies?  What is your favourite upbeat track?  Any genre, any era…

Youngest GD who is nearly 3 would stop everything to Bop along to Happy by Pharell Williams. She still does.
