Thanks Hurdity......I will do some reading. The estrogen has kicked in and the flushes have subsided massively and are less frequent. It's just two weeks since I started to take it and want to reduce to a more realistic dose for me. I think I will do this after the weekend. Hope it isn't to soon, but don't want to get to much estrogen. Super trip thankyou.....as I feel better the anxiety also subsides.....may it continue
