Nope - what intrigues you about suggestions in the book?

It is suppose to help with acid reflux for which I have medication but it's really not helping.I just wondered if it is going to tell me all the things we already know about healthy eating or weather it had some thing different to add.

Hiatus hernia is 'common' in ladies of a certain age  ::) …….. I find heartburn can be eased by not taking my medication too early to going to bed otherwise I get reflux and heartburn.  If it continues then I take 'rennies' or 'milk of magnesia' …….. Himself was prescribed Omeneprozal (sp) which he took for a couple of years then symptoms went.  Fortunately.

Eating bland foods can help as can eating little and often.  Some people find milk eases symptoms, for me  :sick02: unless it's chocolate flavoured  ;D.  Spicey food stuffs can cause indigestion.  Ginger can aide digestion.  It also helps motion sickness symptoms apparently.

Do you have problems daily or occasionally?

Symptoms vary I can go a couple of weeks and be fine then I can get it every day for a couple of weeks. I have had the camera down to have a look and a biopsy but every thing came back normal. I have kept a food diary to try and see if there is any pattern but nothing is showing up. I have been prescribed esomeprazole been taking them for nearly a year now some days they work some days they don't. I avoid all the obvious foods and drink but have run out of ideas now.
