hi folks. just found you lot! am really struggling to cope with this lack of sleep due to hot flushes, so have madly spent a big sum -well for me- on one of these magnets. hope someone will let me know if I've wasted my money! tho even after 12 hours feel premenstrual and less flushes.
looking forward to getting loads of good advice especially from those of us who don't want or can't use HRT.

If you use the search button and type in 'lady care' you should find the various responses to it.

Browse round.  Make notes!  There is an alternative section too ……...
