Hi, I had a total hysterectomy 3yrs ago, I am on 1.25mg Premarin, but ever since I have lost such a lot of muscle mass/tone, and can't seem to get it back even though I workout at the gym with weights, walk every day, my skin is very soft like jelly, also I am very self conscious, I've lost all mass from around joints,elbows and knees,I feel 90 instead of 52. Just wondering if abit of testosterone would help. Has anyone used testosterone? And did it help with this problem?
