My boobs are just throbbing,, I was on hrt patch but now on femoston 2/10 and i think since starting my boobs have hurt, The pain is like you get when you are due on plus my period is much heavier and absolute agony,, Even turning over or getting out of bed i have to do with caution and taking my bra off kills.

It could be the increase in oestrogen dose (maybe an increase - depending on what patch dose you had?) - in which case it should settle soon. Or - it could be the change in progestogen having an effect, or else it could also be your own cycle kicking in and adding to the HRT hormones? Hopefully it will all settle soon.
