What can be used for the burn? My foof is on fire,,, Vagifem and similar make me swell and feel more like Arthur than Martha,, Its getting me down, I am fed up with this meno lark

Have you tried full hrt? Or multigyn actigel or balance active? I have been known to wash with OH's demol.
I do not like the swollen effect

Yes to both hun,, I really dont want to insert anything anymore as i cant cope with this swelling,, Fed up as its ruling my life and affecting my every waking moment.

You need to sit in a cool bath with bicarbonate of soda in it. Dry with a soft warm towel then lay in the nuddy to dry thoroughly. See your Practice Nurse this week? It could be the cover around the active ingredient rather than the Vagifem.
Have you tired LIVE yoghurt applied, it's soothing

I don't know if this is good for foofs, but for piles it's recommended to fill a rubber glove with water and then freeze. You then have finger sized bits if insertable ice

I had the rubber glove of ice after the birth of my first baby
Sometimes I feel swollen - it seems to get worse with own hormones working, constipation, hrt not working, low on vagifem, using vagifem, imminent infection (or 'not' infection), or just because............
