ok i need to share lol
i have decided to give up my night job and get a couple of day time cleaning jobs i havent settled and i think that the stress isnt helping my body my moods or anything  ..after 48 years of getting up for work, nights isnt for me especially since not sleeping i seem to spend all my off time asleep i know everything happens for a reason and hope that this will make a positive impact on my life i feel better having reached this reasoning

Night shifts are really hard I believe. Some cope with them well, my hubby wasn't one of them.  Daughter & future DIL say the same. Hope it works for you.
