I did....assistant muttered something to do with it being deliberately held back, as pharmaceutical company got less by selling it to NHS .
Don't know if that is true or not!

Probably.  It's also been said that Companies can sell at the 'correct' prices to mainland Europe rather than trying to negotiate with the NHS  >:(
