Moving from a non continuous hrt to continuous

Hi, how does it work if you move from one to the other? If you take the oestrogen only, then after a predetermined time also take progesterone so giving a bleed after so many days, if you're planning to move to a conti hrt, at what point do you make the change? I think I understand that you get the bleed after stopping taking the progesterone, but I can't work out when you'd start the conti.

Hi Sunnydays - you would aim to start the conti HRT when your lining is at its thinnest so this would be after your withdrawal bleed well the main part of it anyway :)
