Thanks Ju Ju.

Is electric twist, the thing were lots of elastic bands were joined together, to make a giant rubber band which 2 girls stand at either end of and another girl does intricate jumps between, across and over the resultant band?

We used long knicker elastic from a roll  ;D

In on, in out, twist …….  the elastic would be put round the ankles, calves, knees and thighs

We called them Chinese ropes. The boys used to hang around hoping to see suspenders when elastic was put at thigh & waist level!  ;DD

Limpy, not what you would want to hear at all. Poor you. Hope it mends well & you are able to alter your diet & exercise accordingly.

Thanks Cubagirl.

Today - I felt there was a skipping rope lurking around here. OH confirmed this was so pointing out it's in the shed. I mentioned my intention to do a little bit of skipping - exit OH clutching his sides guffawing loudly - his point being that me and skipping seem likely to result in a triumph of gravity over good intentions, resulting in more more bone damage. So just did walking for 45 mins while food shopping. The Osteoporosis society didn't get rung today either, OH has had more BIG floaters in his eyes, so we've been sorting out things with opticians, he's got an appt tomorrow morning at 9am. Ladies, restful it ain't.
