Anyone had success with these for weight loss? My daughter is dead against me using them. She is a sceptic with such things.

Just had a bit of a read about them CG......I think you need to be careful with them to be honest.
I'm not a big fan of slimming aids to be honest.

You had great success with your diet and excercise app at one point. Would it not be better to do that again. I guess you want to be trim for the wedding but you have the best part of a year so loads of time to get trim.

I would listen to your daughter as some of the side effects don't make good reading.

Get Xmas over then get back on your healthy eating programme.

I know I can lose it, but was just looking into them after someone told me about them. Not starting until after Christmas though, daft to try now. I don't have so much to lose this time, thankfully. About half a stone should do it.

My hubby used a slimming aid once & lost 2 stones. It was like a fudge sweetie. Can't get them any more.
