Prefer a bath as I can have a soak and read my book, although anything frangranced or bubbly irritates so I don't use those.

Always use shampoo & conditioner.  I have "Cyber Purple" coloured hair so I use the John Frieda Redhead ones.

I prefer showers and only ever have a bath if I have an aching back in the middle of the winter and feel like a soak.

I have quite dry skin and have found a really lovely shower oil which I now use all the time.  It's Almond Oil by L'Occitane and it is so rich you only need a tiny bit.  When I used to use stuff like supermarket own or Avon stuff my skin was like dry paper. :o

Keep meaning to try the L'Occitane Almond oil. L'occitane is one on the news feeds I follow on my facebook.

I bought another bottle last week because it's free if you spend £35 in there or online.  It's a good saving because a bottle is usually £16.50 but lasts for months and months because you only need use a little.

Just seen for £25 you can get a limited edition Almond Body Care Collection that includes a small Almond Shower Gel so might get it.
