The doctors I had as a child didn't appear to keep records, so when I moved away and went to a new doctors they had no medical history for me. Since then I've moved around and lived in different countries so there'd be a lot of gaps in mine.

All records were hand written in the UK getting_old.  Put into packets and stored on shelves, I spent many hours filing the same.  It may be that the GPs didn't bother to ask for yours particularly if you didn't have many problems when young  ;)

Mine got lost when we moved house, so I don't exist before I was 7.
