Forgot my utrogestan
«
on:

Morning ladies,
Last night I forgot to take my utrogestan, this would have been night 10 of 12.
I've woken up this morning with a bleed, my question is do I continue with the course or not?
Thanks

Absolutely - my gynae explained that it is very important to take the full course of progesterone to ensure the womb lining sheds. It won't matter that the bleed has started a bit early - just keep taking it for the full 14 days.
One of the down sides of Utro is that one has to take it at bedtime - if you forget it you can't take it in the morning as it makes one feel drowsy. Just take one tonight and take the full 14 days. DG x
