HRT MACA POWDER

Hi I have been on low dose HRT for over 12 months, and the last 3 I have no Libido feeling fatigue all the time, always tired but cannot sleep at night, I have been told Maca powder helps anyone got any ideas, please I am so fed up now.

Maca was the 'wonder drug' of a few(5-7) years back. If you look in the archive you will find lots of entries. Like most things, it works for some and does not work for others.

I have responded on your other thread - I would just caution you to be wary of claims on the internet - there are other options that may help - possibly a different type of HRT or a higher dose. Dg x
