Can someone please advise me of the accepted way to post links. I thought that it is not allowed to post links with a 'buy' facility and I advised another member of this. She was surprised as she said she had seen other links to the large online store with the name of a river beginning with 'A'.
Please can someone put me right in case I have misquoted and misled someone.

changes can be scary, even when we want them

It is preferred that Links that lead to a buying facility are not posted on the forum. Suggestions can be made. Via PM though, as long as there is no pressure to buy should be OK

We can mention any store we like.
Amazon, Tesco, Boots....you name it....
However if you post a link then it should not have the ability to buy anything....be it a book or a supplement.
You can mention the product here though.

I believe that links to books available on Amazon can be posted. If you look at the Book section under the "More" section on the drop down menu you will see that the Amazon link is showing. Maybe check with Emma?
