I eat quite a lot of banana's and other fruits now, along with seeds and a few nuts, rarely hungry.. also have porridge for breakfast each day for my B's. I have never done this before so it has taken some getting used to but I am getting there, also stopped coffee.. though this is hard and I am wondering if drug withdrawal would be easier
infact I know it is, as I stopped smoking over 3 years ago.

Oh yes, I have the palpatations with panic attacks, though only had a couple this year so far.
No experience with thyroid so cant help or advise with that one, but seems they are taking a while to sort you out on that one.
