Something we almost did but our choice of site was a 5 hour drive from here, so no nipping there on a sunny weekend  .

I told DH no subletting, and also quashed his ideas about inviting friends for the weekends - told him I didn't plan to spend my escape time cleaning up / running after people I barely know
