Hi Shellb. If you have a smartphone or tablet, consider downloading "Headspace" which is a excellent app teaching mindfulness meditation in an easy, day by day, step by step way. An English voice, easy on the ear and has progression so you feel you are improving. Search on headspace.com. It is recommended by doctors and, if you subscribe (worth every penny) you get access to lots of packs dealing with different subjects (I'm currently working through one in self-esteem to deal with low confidence).
