Not this morning: queasy, hair needs washing, tired …….. we're supposed to go out and it's pouring down

trying to prevent breaking a nail before the wedding on Saturday.  If one goes they will all have to come off.

Had hair trimmed on Friday, trying to tame the static frizz that the wet weather is causing.

Outfit back from the seamstress and looks good.

Still trying to wear in new shoes.

Hopefully look will all come together on Saturday.  We are only guests anyway, no upfront role for us this year

Gel nails maybe before one breaks. Not cheap mind you.

Downloaded holiday photos. OMG could hubby have taken worse photo of me. Took from waist up as trying to include background & all I can see are my  Wonder if I could airbrush them?

no thank you I don't like them and neither do my nails.  I don't even wear polish as my nails dry out too much and crack. 

I tried a silk repair for a split nail and it wrecked the nail altogether until it grew out (still split).

I don't like them either as they wreck my nails, but for son's wedding next year I will get gels done. Some people are fine with them. Friend used to get hers done every 3 weeks. When she eventually stopped,  her nails looked pretty good, considering the number of years she'd been getting them done for.
