First Sleepless night for a while. Worried about work. (again) I know my hormones have undermined my confidence and made me feel weird at best. Every thing scares me!! My head feels echoey after no sleep. Does anyone else has difficulties with sleep. My AD has gone up in dose, Im doing everything possible to help my condition.
I'm scared that I feel like this.

Hi Sally
I totally sympathise with you because I am exactly the same. I too have upped my AD dose and continue with my HRT. I just keep telling myself it will get better although it's difficult to stay on track and it is scary. Hang on in there as I am, it will get better I'm told.
Big hugs

You have a work situation in the back-ground of your Life which is aggravating your sleep pattern. Been there etc.; have you tried relaxation therapy, if you wake in the early hours get up, find a comfy chair and chill ?

I am phasing back but its been the busiest, most manic time to go back so not ideal. I have spoken with line manager about it and it has been noted that it hasn't been ideal so I feel that Ive covered myself but that leaves the emotional fall out which coupled with the menopause is challenging hence the sleepless night I think.I still feel a bit vulnerable.

Of course you feel vulnerable because the problem/s are in your face continually, but I'm sure that your colleagues don't think about cause and effect once the day is over.
Hopefully you are now sleeping
