Kinda, he always gives me one of those rough paper hand towels to blow my nose on... :'(

Bless you for asking.

I'm sooooo tired from lack of sleep I stayed in tonight instead of going out to meet friends with my other half. We don't go out loads but I just couldn't be sociable feeling as knackered as I do. so I am cuddling up to my dog and watching crap on tv. :(

How are you doing this evening?

I sympathise.  I met a lovely lady I know when out for a walk with the dog earlier and I was telling her how I don't feel well, am not sleeping and have nothing to give just now.  She has also had anxiety and meno problems and panic attacks and she gave me a genuine caring hug and tried to encourage me to try the diazepam my GP gave me before my holiday but I am still wavering over it.

Last evening I did improve  :o …….  ::)

Babyjane - take the medication to see how you feel.  Take it in the evening when you have no commitments and can rest.  It should make you feel really lazy and dozy  ;)
