Hi Ladies

Does anyone know anything about the level of serum ferritin after menopause?
Mine is 57 ug/l and I am not sure whether is it low are not as I have been suffering from light-headedness and dizziness for 5 years
Any suggestion would be appreciated

It's on the low side but still within normal range. Mine's 18

Think the dizziness and light headedness are part and parcel for meno though.

Mine was 45 on last measurement and only get occasional light-headenss/dizziness which I've always assumed is normal. If yours is excessive and you've been to doc about it then presumably wlll have another cause. Blood pressure? Ears?
