« on: June 12, 2015, 11:41:26 AM »

Hi Ladies

Does anyone know anything about the level of serum ferritin after menopause?
Mine is 57 ug/l and I am not sure whether is it low are not as I have been suffering from light-headedness and dizziness for 5 years
Any suggestion would be appreciated

It's on the low side but still within normal range. Mine's 18 :(   Think the dizziness and light headedness are part and parcel for meno though.

Mine was 45 on last measurement and only get occasional light-headenss/dizziness which I've always assumed is normal. If yours is excessive and you've been to doc about it then presumably wlll have another cause. Blood pressure? Ears?
