I am almost 9 years post meno..I had a really bad peri meno with just about every known symptom and more...Do any post meno ladies have flare ups of very similar peri meno symptoms. i.e. it seems every couple of years or so I just wake and feel anxious, some hot faces, dizziness, awful shoulder/neck tension and generally feel hormonal !.It lasts on average 6-12 months and then things level..
