Spots during the 2nd two weeks on Evorel Sequi.

Hi -I'm on month 2 of the Everel Sequi-so 2 weeks Sequi and 2 weeks Conti. On this cycle I have developed 3 bad spots during the second week of the Conti fortnight. Has anyone else experienced this ? I also feel very 'jittery'-not good.
BTW-feel fine whilst on the Sequi/oestrogen weeks. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to MM emu chops - It's the progesterone in Everol Sequi that is probably causing this. If you read up all the info on this site, then you will notice it has a more testosterone based progesterone and this can cause spots.  I suggest you try Femoston which has a kinder progesterone. DG x

Thanks Dancing Girl- you've confirmed my suspicions. It's probably the cause of the jitters too.
