This sounds hopeful - although it's not something that I've found to be true for me or a lot of my friends. Do you have personal experience? Any helpful tips as to where to go for advice and a treatment that works would be really appreciated.

Thank you sparkle - yes I have looked at most sites... I think the reality is that there isn't much anyone can do or say, when I get into one of my episodes ... I have to ride it out ( as it were) - we all have our I individual struggles and angst, sometimes I think it must be some kind of test of endurance ..cos if there is a god ( of which I am not convinced) he surely gives me a going over.. ;)

Not so bad today thanks CKLD - the meds have helped... My  anxiety is like living in a 24/7 horror film - which would explain why watching a horror film never really scares me .. My anx is far more scary and frightening than any script  imaginable ..... :(............ Its weird what the mind can do - I had hoped after I had my hysterectomy in December (last) all this stuff might subside - but hell no.. The devil is still there, and hops onto my shoulder to remind me hes still around ..

Sorry that you are still feeling so anxious Micky. Did you have your ovaries removed too as it's these that affect hormone levels. Removing the uterus doesn't have any influence.
