Yep!! I bought a one cup machine thingy for my cups of tea. Worked a treat. Integrated fridge doors are the worst because of the downward pulling pressure on the pelvic floor. I wasn't allowed to open mine for four weeks. Strange the things that can cause damage. Have you had any advice re how soon to begin pelvic floor exercises Bella? It's often something that's missed.

Rest up. Glad you've got HRT at the ready. My symptoms started kicking in just after 2/3 weeks. Thankfully GP gave me HRT. I still had my ovaries at that point too. I was driving after 4/5 weeks. Consultant said I could, so nothing was going to stop me. Mind you couldn't do a whole lot else.

Yay! Glad you're on the mend. As the other ladies have said, taking super-gentle and let everyone else look after you!

I was the same Annie. I had to wait eight weeks until I'd been cleared by the consultant. They wouldn't accept the GP's say-so. All insurance companies are different but it's always worth checking.

I still wasn't walking far. I had a repair as well as the hyster though so still felt like my innards were falling out!

Best checked out Insurance wise. Long time since I had mine & things have changed so much in that time. I was also very much younger. I remember the cold always made me ache more. I was the same after my C Sections.

The bladder lift is different to anterior repair Annie. By tightened he means he made an incision up the front wall of your vagina and then stitched the tissues together tighter than they were before. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.
