thanks its eased a bit today, but emptying the dishwasher i felt my back tighten up so i know i need to be careful, just not good at sitting around get soo bored

Why do dishwashers be designed the way they are
- the screw cap for the salt is at the back on the floor of ours

The salt dispenser no longer works so that cuts out the kneeling part but still have to bend to load the machine

most things in our kitchen ie washer, dryer all involve bending, i would an eye level grill

That's one thing I do have, made sure of it when kitchen was fitted. As for dishwasher, my salt dispenser is at the front. But what us a real pain in the back is filter, so awkward to get at.

We had an eye level grill many years ago: well it was eye level for himself
